This company encourages education of its staff, especially nurses.

Cons

Management does not always value their employees. You can be written up or let go with little consideration.

Pros

Trihealth does great things for the community. They provide a wide range of health information and services. Above all else they do want us to give the very best care.

Cons

Average pay. Chipping away at our benefits every year. I feel insignificant at TriHealth. The non executive employees aren't sharing in the organizations financial success.

Pros

Co-Workers are great. "lower-level" staff seem to get along very well. Also, this is a great opportunity to gain some new experience if you've never worked in the healthcare field. They offer lots of locations which allows you to be flexible in choosing where you want to work in comparison to where you live.

Cons

1) front line staff is not treated well...at all. We are not appreciated, consistently disrespected, talked down to, and our concerns, ideas and input are not valued. 2) The pay is NOT competitive. No much how much or little you do the budgets have already been decided so any "raise" you get is not reflective of the work you do. And to offset the raise each year...benefit cost is raised so you basically see not difference in pay. 3) There is way too much favortism. Not only person to person but even certain facilities seem to be favored over others. 4) Not enough accountability for management 5) Vacation/time off benefits are no good 6)Not much opportunity for even full time work let alone growth or career advancement unless you want to become clinical staff 7)Upper management seems to value saving a buck more than they value their employees.
