      Pros

      Great environment to work in. Team members are very welcoming and supportive.

      Cons

      Not much room for upward mobility unless you have clinical experience. Low pay.

      Good amount of hours, okay pay

      Cons

      Pay increases are not "merit" based as I was led to believe. Cost of living raise each year is all you can expect and never seems to keep up with current average. Not the best company for appreciating hard work and dedication.

      Pros

      They have a pension, some of the people are nice. The pay is ok.

      Cons

      The benefits are not good. Trihealth will not pay out most benefits if the care is not recieved at one of their facilities. Harrassment by entrenched management, good ol boy club. Very little to zero tolerance for diversity or multicultural candidates. Mistreatment of diversity and multicultural candidates. Stifling corporate culture.
