They have a newer CEO and things have changed dramatically since he took over. We r now short staffed on all units daily

Pros

Many opportunities within TriHealth to choose various specialties. Staff is all very friendly to work with.

Cons

Upper management quick to react and blame. They like to hide behind their conference rooms and not interact with staff. Questions are staged for forums. Big difference between inpatient nursing and outpatient nursing benefits. PTO is horrible for nurses unless you have over 10 consecutive years with TriHealth. Management gives themselves the largest PTO accrual.
