      Pros

      They are aware of their culture and are actively trying to course correct. They pay market and there is no need to be concerned about being under paid. The Head of HR is amazing and truly cares about both the company and it's employees.

      Cons

      It is harried and frenetic. There is a constant barrage of fast-paced projects with little to no warning. Communication is poor at best with no one having a view "across the company." They are open about the issues and promise to fix it but, as yet, have not made any progress on it.
