Pros

The benefits are great and company has a lot of training they offer.

Cons

Since Mike Simonds joined has changed the company culture and destroyed what was once a great organization focused on people. Now it's all about the bottom line and everyone is disposable.

Pros

On the positive side, the senior sales consultants are incredibly helpful. They’re experienced, supportive, and great mentors, which really accelerates your learning curve.

Cons

I’ve been with TriNet for about 18 months, and while I appreciate the company’s growth opportunities, the environment has really taken a toll on morale. Leadership often lacks a clear vision, and there’s a lot of micromanagement, which can be really stifling. All metrics driven and low leadership motivation.

Pros

The company boasts a fantastic culture and a collaborative team environment. Over the years, the platform has evolved significantly; I’d even go as far as saying it’s one of the most intuitive and user-friendly systems I’ve worked with. On top of that, the compensation is highly competitive, complemented by excellent benefits and impactful employee programs.

Cons

The company has undergone significant leadership changes recently, with a largely new executive team at the helm. Over the last three years, there have been recurring mass layoffs, which appear to be driven by a strategic shift toward outsourcing roles to India. While a new office was opened in Atlanta to expand the sales team, there has been a simultaneous reduction in the remote workforce that had been in place since the pandemic. These organizational shifts, combined with a loss of several key clients due to internal operational missteps, have created an environment of instability. It is disappointing to see US-based roles displaced in favor of offshore cost-cutting measures.harder for these companies outsourcing talent from other countries.
