Upper management is really clueless to what their value is to the customer. They really believe their technology is the best, but it is lacking in some areas. The transition of SOI groups to the new platform was not handled well. The technology was not ready and the direction of the company is to have a single platform, but it was not tested enough. Some clients couldn't see paystubs online. While I know they were trying to fix things, the rollout should have never happened. Not trying to be negative, I really want TriNet (and other PEO's) to be a good value as they do so much for the client when things work. However, when you can't sell through channels when one group that a broker partner gives you goes south, it is hard to build momentum and trust for them to refer again.

Huge turnover problems especially in sales, way to complicated of a product to both sell and input to administration. Not much brand recognition. Most people have no idea who TriNet is. Unproven sales methodology, different strategy in every office, long sale cycle, very difficult to sell.
