      Pros

      Flexible schedule, good pay, very supportive, and flexible with schedule changes.

      Cons

      Due to it being a staffing agency on occasions you may not be needed to work if your assigned location is over staffed. that affects your pay however if there is other locations available other positions will be offered to you.

      Pros

      The team here is very close with one another, very friendly and genuinely care for one another, each one of us wants to see others succeed. The leadership here is great, whenever you have a question someone is happy to answer it and help you along the way. I am lucky to have this great of a team of coworkers for my first job out of college.

      Pros

      TriSource has a great team where hard work is rewarded. Management is open to new ideas and creates a culture where staff's ideas are heard. The right metrics are in place to help the employees grow their career in staffing. Of all the staffing firms I have worked at, this is the best one.
