      Pros

      Fun, exciting environment with owners and supervisors who genuinely care about you and want you to succeed. This is not the case at many other recruiting firms, you don't feel like a number here but a contributor to the companies success. Daily metrics are attainable but also a bit of a stretch but that has lead to better and more business in my book of business which at the end of the day is all you can ask for.

      Call counting/tracking - make sure you hit your activity metrics day in, day out.
