The company puts unwanted restrictions that hamper and employee growth and reduces employee satisfaction with the job. For instance, some benefits are not available to employees until they complete one year with the organization

Pros

There were talented creatives there that I was happy to have met and learned from, but they deserve better.

Cons

I lasted about 4.5 months before leaving, but just after the first month, I was already looking elsewhere. It was the type of job where, after a month, I know there was not a whole lot more I would learn that would be helpful for my endeavors. This company's vision of better working experience meant one thing: You will be micromanaged every day.

Thank you for your feedback. We have not had a customer service representative that worked for us during this time frame and has left us. We allow people to move positions if they have the capacity for the position that they want, are willing to train, and if there is a vacancy.

Pros

A high-performing environment where growth, both professionally and personally, is continually encouraged and the owners listen to and consider new ideas. Flexible work hours once you are established to allow for a better work-life balance! The company truly understands work-life balance and respects it! This is a place you can call home; several employees have been here a long time which allows the ability to create pathways to success for all and continual deep integration into the business. I am proud to work at TriageLogic and to see where we are headed as a values-driven and profitable business!

There are no Cons at this time. The owners and management make you feel like you are a part of a family!
