Servicing patients who may not have access to healthcare otherwise. Assisting doctors, private practices, hospitals, and nurses. Good benefits and rewarding and stimulating work.

Cons

Work-life balance, have to wait 1 year for some benefits.

Not much. Some remote work but they lie about how much in interview

Cons

You will get zero training and asked to do jobs and work hours outside of you contract. They will hire you as a contractor after the job posting says employee. You get TWO paid says off a year. They lie about benefits. The manager and CEO forgets everything and blames shortcomings on staff. She controls everything, nitpicking and not listening to expert advice from anyone. It's a stressful and emotionally charged atmosphere that's toxic. If you have any other option, take it.

Our company aims at being flexible and creating a healthy work-life balance as much as possible and giving feedback when necessary. Our company offers a generous benefits package comparable to large companies.
