There are no extra deductions from salary. Usually, the amount committed in CTC is received by the employee after tax deductions.

Cons

Resignation process is not employee friendly. The HR will force you to serve notice period even if your team don't have any dependency over you. The compensation and benefits offered are not worth.

Would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional, everything changes from quarter to quarter, initiatives and priorities come and go, leaders change constantly.
