Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We listen actively to our employees and are continuously working to improve employee experiences. On the point of the pay cut, it was a temporary response to the pandemic due to a downturn in business. We are pleased to say that salaries were reinstated in 4 months and and none of our employees had to be laid off due to the COVID.

Thank you for your comments. It’s great to know that you have been able to bond so well with your colleagues while at Trianz and beyond. On the question of career, please note Career Management is at the core of the people practices at Trianz. It starts from planning and goes onto equipping the associate with all resources he/she needs to perform and contribute until the associate grows to the next level. Along the way we have quite a few professional, behavioral and leadership training that we recommend based on the strength and areas of improvements of the associate. We hope you made enough effort to make use of all these facilities that the organization offers. You talked about genuineness. In my mind a company covered and talked about so extensively at industry forums and by media (take a look at www.trianz.com) more than suffices to validate its “genuineness.” About caring for people’s feedback, I hope you were part of the associate surveys we send out before we took any org wide decisions.
