1. I will be completing 9 years of service by June-2014 at Trianz 2. Excellent company in terms of learning opportunities, challenging assignments, world class infrastructure, transparent HR policies (compensation, rewards, onsite travel etc.) and career growth 3. Oppotunity to work with Fortune-1000 customers 4. Clear communication of Trianz vision, strategy, business objectives and the initiatives to achieve this at the beginning of financial year to all employees

Good place for freshers to learn and grow. People will get recognition for the good work some times.

1. Policies are getting changed frequently without knowing by the employee. 2. Even though it is small MNC, it's very difficult to get the required information.
