Pros
service base companyI genuinely feel like my work ethic and skills are valued, and I am paid well. Benefits are decently priced and the plan is good. The office building has fooseball tables, Starbucks coffee, a small gym, and a basketball court for employees. They want to hire and retain the best of the best, and try to provide a lot of extras at work.
Cons
There could be more solidarity between departments. There can be an 'us vs. them' mentality during stressful times, although overall there is a team mentality.
