- Reasonable good pay pacakage - Transparency and open system - Nice mix of seniors and junior team which helps a lot to projects - Appealing work culture - last but not the least every employee gets to prove their ability here.

Every small company has its own cons and TRIANZ also has its own, but not that worse or bad as mentioned in reviews here and TRIANZ will surely come out of it
