Cons

- Need to improve employee engagement - Limited service portfolio - No initiatives on innovative competency centers - Employee Recognition and rewarding performance should be consistent to ensure employee morale stays high Probably the Biggest of them could have been not recruiting Proper Sales People

Pros

1. Good place to work 2. Top management is determined to grow the company to new heights 3. Good set of people with varied experience 4. A place where you want to be an expert in multiple skills. If you have the ability, you can get the opportunity 5. Good paymaster compare to other companies of same size

Cons

Being a small company, you get less opportunity to grow but I feel its part of any medium size company who are in growth path. So if you like your work, stick to the Firm and you will get the reward.
