Poor employee accountability and workforce planning. The organization appears to hire for specific roles without ensuring suitable project allocation, leaving employees on the bench for extended periods. There is a significant lack of transparency regarding resource management and career progression. Leadership demonstrates limited ownership in addressing employee concerns, which can negatively impact morale, skill development, and long-term career growth. The hiring process often creates expectations that are not aligned with actual project opportunities, resulting in uncertainty and frustration among employees.

I found that during peak project phases workload can get intense specially when multiple deliverables converge. For me balancing competing priorities sometimes required working extra hours which affected work life balance temporarily. In my team coordinating across different groups occasionally added delays to timelines.
