Nothing here are Pros, micromanagement, No Work Life balance

Cons

Management, Hire and Fire Policy, No Enough Resources to handle work, Mass Layoffs, No Hike, Fake Promises. Some specific managers allocate work on Friday before Logging off and asks us to complete the task before Monday. Indirectly asking for us to work on weekends. If I keep listing there will be many more line items that can be added. Please do not join if you are seeking a good work env, and for a good WLB.
