Very bad team members, only see their own profit and lots of company politics especially aged people in the team. They don't do a single work by themselves will rely completely upon juniors to handle every sort of things and at last blame them for every small issues. Everytime they will ask to spoon feed them in every review and in every call they need the juniors to do everything and during presentation they will take all the credits. Very bad team and bad organization and no good salary.
