The product side is very unique. We actually build solutions that solve end-to-end for cloud migration. Not many places offer this scale.Exposure is wide and keeps me motivated.

Cons

Because product is still growing, documentation could be better. But the benefit is you learn by actually doing.

Got chance to work on Gen AI and Cloud modernization projects. That’s rare to get this early in career. Leads were very supportive, patiently answered questions.

Cons

Sometimes project transitions are very quick. A smoother handover process would make it easier for new joiners.

Leadership here really makes you feel like you’re growing. They push us to keep learning and be ahead of the industry. I joined not too long ago but already got to attend multiple knowledge sessions and see real projects where learning meets practice.

Cons

Sometimes too many sessions back-to-back can feel overwhelming. If they space them out little better, it would be perfect.
