Pros

Honestly my experience as software engineer has helped build strong technical foundation. I work on cloud transformation projects using the platform which makes delivery more efficient. Got exposure to AWS partnership work and enterprise client implementations. The team culture is collaborative and supportive of learning. Leadership is accessible and shares company direction openly. Got healthy salary hike last cycle. Less micromanagement compared to previous company.

Cons

I found that certain project deadlines were compressed which created pressure on delivery. For me coordinating inputs from multiple teams sometimes took longer than expected. In my team this occasionally affected our planned schedules when dependencies weren't aligned.

Pros

Ngl joining Trianz as software engineer was honestly one of the better career moves I made. From day one I was put on real cloud migration projects working with AWS and the Concierto platform which was intense but in a good way tbh. Got to work with Terraform and Python daily building migration automation which is solid technical learning. What really stood out was how collaborative the team culture is here - like people actually respond when you ping them with questions on Slack instead of leaving you hanging which wasn't the case at my previous company. I learned to handle client expectations working with enterprise customers and manage deliverables independently without someone breathing down my neck constantly. The platform approach here makes migrations happen way faster than traditional manual methods which is pretty cool to see in action. Working on projects for Fortune 500 companies gives good exposure to how large scale transformations actually work. My manager doesnt micromanage which I appreciate alot, he gives me autonomy to figure things out. Leadership is approachable doing these town hall sessions where they share whats actually happening with the company and AWS partnership stuff instead of corporate BS. Got decent increment last cycle which was better than expected. Hybrid work model is clutch for work life balance.

Cons

I found that during peak migration delivery phases the workload can spike pretty hard specially when you got multiple client deliverables due at the same time. Like there were couple weeks where I had to work extra hours to meet commitments which kinda messed with my work life balance. For me personally the pressure gets real when your coordinating across different teams for technical dependencies and everyones waiting on your piece to finish. Also the ramp-up on Concierto platform features took me a minute to get comfortable with initially, wish there was more structured onboarding documentation for that.
