However, we would like to understand in greater details the reasons why you feel Trianz has no good projects or clients, especially when we have some of world’s biggest logos from verticals like Banking & Finance, Tech Product Development and Telecom on our client list. About projects because of our focus on end to end life cycle execution of our engagements leveraging cutting edge technologies – Could, Digital, Analytics & Security; Trianz has created significant resonance in the industry with regard to what our existing and potential clients need and what we offer. In fact the leading Indian magazine Outlook has recently named us as 25 Most Prominent Cloud Service provider. This is just one of the many industry recognitions that we have received. You also mentioned about recreation. That surprises me because one of the most popular traits of Trianz is the in-house recreation facility – the TT Tables, Caroms, Chess etc. I hope you utilized all of it during your stay here. We also have the employee driven engagement activities every month. In fact at present we have our Annual Sports Fest going. Nonetheless do let us know what more could we do to make Trianz more engaging as an employer. You also said the HR team needs to be “changed.” I would like to know more about what and why you say that.
