I joined Trianz a few months ago as software engineer, and the clarity around my role helped me settle in quickly. I could see what was expected from me and who to reach out to when needed. Working with different teams on cloud migration projects gave me better understanding of how Concierto platform implementations move across stages. Getting hands on with Terraform and AWS services daily is helping my career growth. Hybrid work schedule helps alot with work life balance.
