I really like how my manager gives me chance to work on AWS and Azure both, not just one cloud. Learning is happening everyday - got hands on with Terraform and CloudFormation which is good for my career growth. Hybrid model is working well for me, 3 days office 2 days home helps maintain work life balance.

Cons

Knowledge transfer depends heavily on individuals if someone’s unavailable, progress stalls.
