Pros

We are mission first! Everything we do relates back to the mission which is to positively impact generational change by providing an exceptional healthcare experience to every patient we serve. Some companies talk a good game but Tribal Health truly makes it happen!

Cons

As of now, I really am struggling to find any significant "con" to list here.

Pros

Very supportive. Honest. Professional. Support their employees. They do not just care about getting staff for the short time. They invest their time to encourage people to remain with the company.

Cons

Clock in software is horrible. However, the company will correct any pay discrepancies quickly.

Pros

There is a ton of room for growth within the company. They are expanding very quickly and looking to promote the growth of their employees. They are always open to ideas and willing to listen to feedback from staff. You have direct assess to leadership staff (CEO, President , Director, etc...). Overall amazing place to work!

Cons

Most people are busy busy busy. There is a ton of growth and not enough staff to accommodate at times. Everyone works as a team to get everything completed no matter what role they play (Not really a con but you must be a team player).
