Pros
There is a ton of room for growth within the company. They are expanding very quickly and looking to promote the growth of their employees. They are always open to ideas and willing to listen to feedback from staff. You have direct assess to leadership staff (CEO, President , Director, etc...). Overall amazing place to work!
Cons
Most people are busy busy busy. There is a ton of growth and not enough staff to accommodate at times. Everyone works as a team to get everything completed no matter what role they play (Not really a con but you must be a team player).
