Pros

Good people, everyone seems to care about helping the company succeed. The owner/CEO is very sincere and makes an effort to connect with everyone. This is rare.

Cons

The pay scale is on the low side relative to other large consumer goods companies in the area. There seems to be a lot of turnover, especially for folks that have been there less than five years. There are also a good number of "lifers" there too, which is a good thing. The business can be very cyclical. some great years and some very tough years depending on the harvests from Alaska.

Trident has a unique culture where leaders truly care about employees. People work well together and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and valued. It is a big company with small company values

Cons

A few system issues with a new SAP implementation, but nothing major.
