Pros

No micro management, management is there when you need them, but you are pretty much left alone and trusted to do your job, as long as you do it. This can be a regional thing, not all leads are awesome, but I think most are. I also like the challenges of working with so many different patients. Best part is working alone, but also pulling together as a team
