      Positive Team Atmosphere Where You Can Carve Your Path

      -Positive, intelligent teammates -Encourages self-starters/supports you in owning your own path -Opportunity for growth -Friendly culture/strong employee engagement -Nationwide company involved in diverse engineering and environmental projects that make a real difference -Great work/life balance (recognizing this is probably role-dependent, in some cases)

      Cons

      -No real cons. It's a great company that cares for its employees, which is wonderful to be able to say about a growing company with 500+ team members.
