      Pros

      I was underpaid, forced to work in a cube because of HubZone BS. Laramie water tases weird. A secretary did the copies instead of me. That's the only pro.

      Cons

      Upper management in the Air Quality Team openly voiced racism towards indigenous cultures. Accusing them of stupidity and inability to relate to the white race culture.

The company does not condone or support any form of discrimination, and we provide sensitivity training to ensure that each employee is aware of our zero tolerance policy. Additionally, every employee has stop work authority at any time they do not feel safe or comfortable in their position, and has accessible tools to report any instances of discrimination to a member of senior management. If the person making this complaint witnessed any form of discrimination, it was not reported to a supervisor or to a member of senior management. We take pride in our positive work environment and how our employees are treated. We consider our employees our greatest asset.

      Pros

      Agile company that is well structured for future growth; highly skilled professional staff; internal and external professional development opportunities; flexible work place; awesome benefits package, and inclusive team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Trihydro is working to grow name/ brand recognition within the eastern U.S. I am certain the company will continue to grow in the central and eastern regions as it diversifies and gains larger market shares on diverse industries.

      Pros

      Trihydro provides an excellent compensation and benefits package. They offer a friendly and positive work environment where people care about you. Trihydro is a philanthropic company that truly gives back to the communities in which they live and work in. Trihydro works hard to engage their employees with great workspaces, top notch technology in which to work efficiently and a great corporate culture. Employee safety is a priority at Trihydro with an excellent health and safety department and a safety culture which provides all employees with a “stop-work” authority. Supervisors and management are very approachable and have an open door policy to all employees. Opportunities abound for advancement within the organization.

      Cons

      They need an easier and more straight forward annual performance review process.
