      Better than some consulting firms, but still not great

      Pros

      Annual bonuses are available, depending on your team or work unit. Annual raises are available too. Work can be interesting and allow career growth if you're hired to the right team.

      Cons

      Bad management and a lack of billable work. Though there are currently 17 locations shown on their corporate location map, DO NOT ASSUME you may transfer anywhere else once you are hired. In particular, they are desperate to get and keep people in Laramie, WY. Also, many co-workers desired to have raises commensurate with advancement in their job. As one grows and takes on more responsibility, that should be rewarded. Cube farm...no quiet. Woe to those who have to think to do their job well.

      Pros

      - Somewhat flexible work hours - Good benefits - Take-home work vehicle - Fair pay - Middle and upper management are extremely accommodating when employees need time to deal with family, medical, and personal issues. - Good work/life balance - Dependable coworkers - Enjoyable work atmosphere - Safety is taken seriuosly

      Cons

      While the company itself and coworkers are amazing, the actual daily LDAR routine can get pretty boring and monotonous.

      Pros

      I was underpaid, forced to work in a cube because of HubZone BS. Laramie water tases weird. A secretary did the copies instead of me. That's the only pro.

      Cons

      Upper management in the Air Quality Team openly voiced racism towards indigenous cultures. Accusing them of stupidity and inability to relate to the white race culture.

The company does not condone or support any form of discrimination, and we provide sensitivity training to ensure that each employee is aware of our zero tolerance policy. Additionally, every employee has stop work authority at any time they do not feel safe or comfortable in their position, and has accessible tools to report any instances of discrimination to a member of senior management. If the person making this complaint witnessed any form of discrimination, it was not reported to a supervisor or to a member of senior management. We take pride in our positive work environment and how our employees are treated. We consider our employees our greatest asset.
