Pros

There are no pros at this company. Their business model is to lure people from poorer countries so that they can pay below the American market standard salaries. If they hired locals (Americans), they would have to double all the salaries.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They have an employee turnover rate of about three months. The management is the worst imaginable, the environment is endlessly toxic, and the COO and CEO are both narcissistic and delusional.

Pros

Fully remote - great for people who can't commute or relocate, or prefer a WFH environment.

Cons

Pay on offer for non-executive roles is very poor. Offered salary for QA was $20,000 which is less than a third of the typical average salary - anywhere else you'd receive $60-80,000 for doing the same work.
