Pros
Trilogy has a very flat organizational structure, and because of it's structure people have the opportunity to grow really fast. There is a lot of independence and autonomy in your job, and no one really tells you what to do. You can do it when you like, and how you like.. the bottom line is that you should get it done. Trilogy is also a place where they know how to have fun. Flexible working hours, comfortable and casual work atmosphere. The work can be demanding at times because there are so many smart people working around you, but the decision is entirely up to you.
Cons
Trilogy has a great team of people, but sometimes it gets very demanding to prove that you are the best, as they expect the best out of you. This place is for the go-getters, the ambitious lot who love their job. Trilogy also has seen a lot of changes internally and in their business model which has left employees wondering whether the senior management is thinking long term.
