Weekly pay, overall decent job

Cons

Any of the benefits such as ER 3 party doesn't benefit night shift unless you want to get out of bed and come to party, your name isn't it in if you're not there, same with gas cards.

Benefits are OK, rate of pay competitive.Facilities well maintained.

Cons

They claim they treat employees like gold but that does not happen. Upper management threatens to fire employees on a daily basis. Have seen many employees reduced to tears related to treatment from facility and corporate management . "Campus Support" personnel are a joke,offering no support or guidance, just belittling and threatening campus staff to make themselves look good. . Politics and back stabbing are the norm.

The residents. Weekly pay. Yearly Census bonus checks. Stars program(which isn’t what it used to be). Purchasing power option. PTO accrual rate not bad, (when you ever get your pto approved. )

Cons

All of the other reviews are spot on. Too much to spill. I have had enough and I want out! Been with the company since 2004, it’s gone super downhill in the last 5 years and 2018 was the worst yet! I just can’t do it anymore, unfortunately. It’s too bad because Trilogy really used to live up to their standards at one point in time. It’s very sad, and the ones who suffer most are the residents!
