Pros

The only good reasons to work at Trilogy is that their insurence doesn't entirely suck.

Cons

The pay is horrible. The management is horrible. Many people get fired just because the company wants to be cheap. They expect too much out of their aides for them to be doing an appropriate job. A typical workload is at least 16-20 residents.

Pros

Management cares about employees. Upper management are accessible; the CEO would come to our facility and bring a grill for the employee cookout. Employees are treated with respect. The corporate culture is focused on customer satisfaction, with the concept that everyone is a customer, including employees.

Cons

There are no real cons to working at Trilogy.
