I honestly cannot list anything good about this company.

Cons

The care of the residents is terrible, and management does nothing about it. They work with no staff by choice to save money. Favoritism and game playing all the way up the chain. Corporate compliance ignores every concern brought before them. They break laws, tell nurses to change charting, do not follow COVID laws. Just an absolute horrible place to work, the environment will cause you so much stress. Just a big money making, greedy company that makes a lot of claims about being the best and providing great care, but it's all lies. If you try to point out things that are wrong, illegal, immoral, or not in the best interests of the people that are supposed to be taken care of, then they will find some way to get rid of you by lying some more. TOXIC, stay away !!!!

the environment is very neat both interior and exterior. Residents get very good diets which are served on time.

Need more staff to reduce the work load especially night shift
