Pros

Nice people and customers I worked with. Loved my job.

Cons

They preach safety and make you watch endless videos every year or when certain certificates expire. However, when something truly happens on the job they throw the driver under the bus and God forbid, if it cost ANY money to remedy the situation, you can rest assured that nothing will be done. Instead of taking care of the matter when it would be cheaper, they wait until a catastrophe happens and then they are forced to take care of it and costing more. Then they lower the pay and raise your health coverage premiums and claim they are poor but then they buy up smaller companies and mess up the lives and jobs of those people. They are greedy. They don’t think a driver can do the job unless they have someone literally driving from the office.
