Pros

Excellent medical plan, very good pension plan, wages are in line, although on the low side of the scale, with industry standards if You are in the unionized part of the company in northeast British Columbia, other drivers and customers are good to work with and easy to get along with, electronic logbooks make it impossible for dispatchers to ask drivers to bend the rules ,

Cons

Equipment is in poor shape. even the new equipment is breaking down more often than it should. by talking to drivers from other branches you discover that apparently this is a company wide complaint, caused mainly by a preventive maintenance program that is virtually non existant. many equipment purchasing decisions are based on "one size fits all" approach instead of individual geographical requirements
