Competitive salary, great balance of work/home time, nationwide opportunities. Allow you to manage without constant supervision.

Cons

24/7 business so if you are not capable of being on call, this might not be the company for you.

Pros

It's a small company, so you get a lot of face time with upper management. They like to promote from within, however this is a downfall in some departments as the management are not prepared to actually manage people - they were just promoted because they had been there the longest.

Cons

The pay is much lower than what you'd make in an oil and gas company downtown. They also moved their head office to the NE, so it's inconvenient to commute for most people.
