Trimble has a stable business model and is a technological leader in what they do. The work environment is friendly, well paced and yet never lack of challenges.

Cons

There is no freebies such as free lunch, dinner etc etc.

A lot of nice people, international travel, chance to work with different departments not only in USA. I marked

Cons

bureaucracy, at times trip on a dollar to save a dime, politics tramp common sense and profitability, sometimes treat people as the extension of computer. Hypocrisy in terms of cultural values and how they apply. Management can not be trusted.
