Flexible working environment, decent salary and engaged environment. Opportunities to move horizontally.

Cons

Vision needs to be simple, improvement required on the automation of policies to the team and improve the ratings system of employees though automation.

Pros

They keep you busy. I worked multiple projects and learned a lot. It is a very old school environment and they are quite frugal. They do tend to keep some employees longer term than many other places.

Cons

Employees are not treated very well in general. There is little regard for work environment and they will do things like pull you off of a project you initiated regardless of how well it is going. They also almost never give any bonuses and even a pat on the back is quite rare.

They have some good people/company to work with and opportunities for career development. Interesting projects which keep you challenged.

Cons

To focused on Stock market performance which can be damaging for both performance and morale. staff and middle management generally don't feature in decision making.
