Pros

Challenges in what we are trying to achieve. It does make the work enjoyable. There is room to grow and find what is best for you. personal achievements can be recognised.

Cons

Some managers can be set in old world ways and not open to change and the conflict this brings.

Pros

Good compensation for mangers, decent travel perks, stock awards are also good. Interesting technology, and international growth.

Cons

Big and lumbering company. Can be slow to react. Focused on quarterly results. Some destructive employees and politicking at a senior level.
