Pros

Work/life balance for the most part in most divisions. Self managing. Diverse clients.

Cons

Hard to innovate, risk adverse, traditional. Recent acquisitions have been costly. No firm career growth unless you're located in HQ. Lousy compensation.

Pros

You can meet very nice people here. You can get any information you want, if you can convince people you purpose. A encourage innovation environment for the engineers.

Cons

Decision delayed sometimes since some organization structure overlay here. Is a product seller, not used to do the project implementation or solutions to close to the user's needs
