Decent Company; Slow to Adopt New Tech

Pros

There are a lot of very smart people working at Trimble, and the various products and services offered are really cool. Some divisions will allow remote work as well.

Cons

Benefits are a bit lacking. In some divisions, there exists an "old-boys network" that values incompetency more than real value added to the company. The adoption of new technologies and processes is very slow, and when it does happen, a lot of times these are poorly implemented causing a lot of issues.

Pros

Good strong structure. Strong financial base. Good research and development teams with some interesting acquisitions

Cons

Local management (product development and finance) were serious road blockers to making the Fleet product competitive in terms of features and market - competitive pricing
