Pros

Committed to excellence and growth in their markets. Tuition reimbursement program. Many opportunities for employee development within the company (lean training, team training, management training). I have been fortunate enough to move up several positions during my tenure, from shipping and receiving to a more technical position. Time off and profit sharing are excellent, insurance is good.

Cons

Lackluster for most in promoting from within. While their benefits are top notch, salary is a bit mediocre. Easy to get stuck in the same position or not move between departments.
