      I find them dedicated to their customers and employees. Creative solutions to their customer's problems. Well respected in the industry.

      They do work hard at connecting new divisions. New acquisitions are the fastest way to add new technologies. They are open to new ideas.

      Cons

      Too disconnected to be leveraged. Better sharing of technologies is necessary. They also don't always tell theater about big wins.
