      Pros

      I worked in a smaller group - and perhaps that was better. very open to cross training which gave many and opportunity to advance without a degree. They got on the job training as well as certifications. Most of my coworkers were fantastic

      Cons

      Smaller group sometimes equals small thoughts. Since we were an offshoot of CH, we many times felt like the red-headed step children of the company.
