No Access, No Time and Work from Home option...

Cons

Worst people I ever work with. Lots of politics. No employee recognitions...

Pros

The people are top quality and working with them is enjoyable. Most of the the time work hours are very reasonable, and long hours are expected only in critical situations. Co-workers actively do fun things together, like playing sports and playing music together. The company appears to be very stable, there are opportunities to move around and try new things, and the work is forward looking.

Cons

Nothing bad, but some of the same upper level management issues you see most places.

Pros

The atmosphere was very relaxed but with high expectations for accomplishing your work. The managers and directors always treated people with respect. When expected to work longer hours, management always was very thankful and made sure to return favors in the future.

Cons

I acknowledge that it was during a rough time (2008), but I had expectations to move up quickly. I have the expectation that a business will make the bold decisions necessary to keep growing, even during tough times.
