      Flexible schedule are acceptable, interesting technology, profitable and growing company

      Very inefficient, lack of proper integration of acquisitions, limited structure and accountability, poor onboarding procedures for new employees, lack of life/work balance, good ole boys club, difficult to locate information about the corporate structure and how the divisions operate - even for employees.
