      Pros

      Management is very willing to allow time off when needed. Very stable place to work, and a very strong company. If you are looking for a large stable company to work for, this is your place.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. The overall organization is very disorganized. It is never easy to figure out who is in charge of what because it seems to change on a daily basis. Oh, and just in case I missed it, the pay is horrible.

      Pros

      I like the people I work with. They are responsible and responsive. To me, it is more important to have nice people than nice company benefit.

      Cons

      Company compensation and benefit is not too attractive. Some areas might have higher turn over rate and that's not so good if people you're working great are leaving.
